Remote Control
My remote control finally came in for my Canon EOS 300D. Looks like I’ll be experimenting with night photography real soon. It’s only been 14 years.
I’d love to do it this weekend, but unfortunately, I have a really busy schedule ahead of me. I’m not sure I’ll be able to swing it. Then again, I might get a wild hair and just go out late at night and just get it out of my system.
I’ve already played around with the remote control. It seems pretty simple. I still can’t believe I spent this much on a plastic piece of equipment such as this. There isn’t much weight to this controller and I doubt there is hardly any circuitry on the inside. I wish it was made of metal and weighed more. Ya know, something more solid than this. At least it would seem like it was worth $25. Well what am I to do. There isn’t any place for a cable to hook up to this camera and frankly, the idea of a remote seems pretty cool.
Stay tuned for some night shots of Tucson. I can’t wait for monsoon season to come now (August) so I can practice on some lightning storms.
