Eliminating Camera Shake & Blurred Photos

Filed under: Articles, News — Ken @ 3:20 pm

I didn’t expect to write an article this month, as I didn’t have any ideas for a topic. Out of the blue, a friend asked me a question today that lead me to write the latest article.

For most of us that have owned several cameras or have been shooting pictures for a long time, this article is probably second nature. Going into the digital age however, newer photographers may have a need to know how to eliminate burry photos or at the very least, a refresher on some common techniques.

Coast to Coast in 4 minutes

Filed under: Fun Stuff — Ken @ 2:54 pm

I stumbled upon this video today while cruising the depths of the internet. I thought others might enjoy this as much as I did. The video is a time elapsed trip from California to New York with a pitstop to pick up a friend, all nicely wrapped up in about 4 minutes.

Watch the video (It’s 14 megs but well worth it)

Digital Rebel Tips and Hacks

Filed under: News — Ken @ 5:46 pm

I’ve been meaning to post this for some time now, but I just never seem to remember when I get home. Well I stumbled upon this site a couple of months ago and found it to be quite interesting. I haven’t gone as far as applying the new firmware hack or anything, but there’s lots of good information on this page, including how to make your own remote control for your camera.

The other half of digital photography - Part 2

Filed under: Articles, News — Ken @ 12:12 pm

I finally posted the second half to last months article last night. The Other Half of Digital Photography - Part 2 completes the two part article. I wasn’t quite sure if I could finish it up in just two articles, but I did. There are many other little things to speed up your computer for use with digital photography, but overall, the tips I wrote about should get any computer running faster.
