Out of Africa / Sedona Photos
My wife and I have decided to take a road trip this weekend. We’ve always enjoyed going to Sedona and were planning a day trip tomorrow, that is, until we discovered something we hadn’t heard of before. Now, the day trip has turned into leaving work early on Friday (today) and returning on Sunday.
There’s a park in between Camp Verde and Cottonwood called Out of Africa Wildlife Park. From the web site, I’m really intrigued at what they have to offer. I plan on toting my 100-400mm lens of course and it may just give me an opportunity to test out my new 100mm macro lens as well. In any case, we’ll be spending the day at the park on Saturday and Sunday will be spent in Sedona and Oak Creek Canyon. I’m even debating about taking both of my doublers and maybe even taking some photos of the night sky. The night light in Sedona should be very minimal compared to Tucson.
I’ll have to share our experiences when we return. Stay tuned…
