I really need to stop taking photos of female hummingbirds, unless I can identify them properly. It's really difficult to see the distinguishing features needed to identify them. The thing is, once I'm close enough to take a photo, I find it difficult not to at least try to capture them. In this particular photo, I wasn't able to get the focus right on the eye since I had only a few moments to capture this. Fortunately I captured the catch light in her eye from my strobe.

It might be a female, but it is a very nice shot nonetheless!
