Unless you live in Tucson and you've visited this place, you probably wouldn't know what this shot is. It's from a brightly colored blue wall next to the Tucson Museum of Art. Singling out the word "Art" for a photograph made it a no brainer to capture. The bright yellow on blue background adds that extra "pop" to make the photo come alive, in my opinion.
This photo was part of a "macro lens" photo project I assigned to myself for the month of December (31 photos in all). I wanted to do something to spur some creativity, and get me to try something completely different that would get me out of my comfort zone. My mom also decided to partake in this assignment on her web site.
