As in the previous photo, only Tucsonans who have visited the Tucson Museum of Art would ever know what this is. It's a bright yellow art piece that sits out on the grounds. The bright yellow against a nice blue morning sky really makes this stand out. Out of all the photos I've been taking for this "Macro Lens" project, this one is definitely one of my favorites. The neat thing about this shot is that I didn't use a polarizer or enhance the sky (or anything else for that matter) with photoshop.
This photo was part of a "macro lens" photo project I assigned to myself for the month of December (31 photos in all). I wanted to do something to spur some creativity, and get me to try something completely different that would get me out of my comfort zone. My mom also decided to partake in this assignment on her web site.
