Upon finishing for the first day of this macro project, I happened to be standing in front of the trash bin when I noticed for the most part, how clean it was. Just playing around, I composed the shot with the graffiti in it to see how it looked. Simple, yet worthwhile. It's another thing that you typically see, but don't see.
This photo was part of a "macro lens" photo project I assigned to myself for the month of December (31 photos in all). I wanted to do something to spur some creativity, and get me to try something completely different that would get me out of my comfort zone. My mom also decided to partake in this assignment on her web site.
