This is just some sort of fencing/grate on the side of a building in downtown Tucson. I don't think it really serves a purpose, other than for looks.

This photo was part of a "macro lens" photo project I assigned to myself for the month of December (31 photos in all). I wanted to do something to spur some creativity, and get me to try something completely different that would get me out of my comfort zone. My mom also decided to partake in this assignment on her web site.
