The color of this blue wall with a lone S-Hook captured my eye. The rest is history. There's not a whole lot going on in the photo, which is perhaps why I liked the scene. It's just very simplistic composition.
This photo was part of a "macro lens" photo project I assigned to myself for the month of December (31 photos in all). I wanted to do something to spur some creativity, and get me to try something completely different that would get me out of my comfort zone. My mom also decided to partake in this assignment on her web site.
