Just minutes after the last photo I posted, it was dark. I mean really dark. I had to run back to the vehicle to get a flash light out, just to check my level on my tripod so I could take a level photo. For those of you who do not have your monitors properly calibrated, you may or may not see the East/West Mittens or Merrick Butte in the background. It may just be dark with some car trails in the foreground. Hopefully this isn't the case.
I was fortunate to capture a car going the opposite way in my final shot of the valley at night. The red tail lights add that extra element I like to see when capturing car trails. The added color is always a welcome addition versus just plain white light from the headlights.
