I've seen this photo in my mind many times, and equally enough times I've passed it up. It wasn't until recently that I started thinking I should just capture the scene and get it over with, instead of debating about it. This was my initial try at this scene. I arrived before sunrise, yet the light for some reason was already brighter than I anticipated taking this shot in. Still, I composed the scene with one stop below and this is the final version. My only nitpick about this shot is the shadows coming down from the roof line that isn't visible in the photo. I need to go back and take a closer photograph and eliminate the shadow. Maybe someday soon on my next visit to the barrio.
