I woke up early in hopes of catching another beautiful sunrise I had seen the day before. It seems that I am never lucky enough to get the same conditions two days in a row. I have seen this scene on and off again for the past 7 years and never quite knew when it would strike. It would have been really easy to sleep in and not get up with five hours of sleep under my belt, but I knew I had to try. Luck does favor the prepared I suppose. After finally capturing this scene, it's easy to say it was worth losing a little bit of sleep.
