I apologize for the size of this photo, however I believe it is definitely worth sharing. For those interested in the details of making this, please read on. This very large HDR panorama photo of the Chiracahua National Monument sunrise is comprised of eighteen photos. I took six different sections of photos for this scene. Each section was comprised of three photos to be combined into a single HDR (High-Dynamic Range) photo using Photomatix. Once all the HDR processing was done, I was left with six photos. I then took the six remaining photos into Photoshop and merged them together for what sits in front of you. Aside from cropping the photo from the merge, there is only one section that was messed up that needed some touching up. If I was to print up the original/final panorama photo, it would span a little over eighteen and a half feet and would be almost two and a half feet tall.
