Where I work, the groundskeepers tend to replace flowers often. If you aren't paying attention, you'll miss out on opportunities such as these colorful black eyed susan flowers. It seems after a few short weeks, flowers disappear and new ones arrive. It's great if you pay attention to whats in bloom and not worried about just getting out of work and going home like most of us.
