The colors had been amazing for the past few days before I captured this. So, on this day, I had some spare time and raced off to see if I could try my luck at capturing a beautiful close-up of a sunset. With a 400mm lens, it was pretty easy to get in and get what I wanted. What I struggled with, was some serious lens flares. It took just the right angle to capture what you see here, without any lens flares. I captured close to thirty photos of this sunset, just to make sure I got it right. Stay tuned next week, for a slightly different angle of this same sunset, and a more dark color as well. I'll leave it up to you to decide which one you prefer.
