This is one of those photographs that I took and didn't think much about it. A few months later, something about it caught my eye and got me to thinking it was worth posting. I was initially trying to over expose the stop light from the side, which obviously didn't happen here. What I like about this shot is the bronze look that the overhead street light brought out on the traffic light. Note: This is actually an update of the original photo that was initially posted back in 2005. While reprocessing all of my photos (and having a better computer/monitor) for the new gallery, I immediately saw all kinds of noise in the black sky caused by my old camera. I'm not sure if it was ever really noticeable in the previous gallery, however, I did make a layer mask and removed all the excess noise, including the the couple of lens flares caused by the light. No other processing, including levels adjustment were done to this.
