I had visions of what type of photo I wanted to come away with before I visited White Sands, New Mexico. Unfortunately, what you have in your minds eye before even seeing a place before, never seems to pan out. I had wanted some sort of flora, whether it was a cactus, flower or what have you, in the foreground of a sunset picture. In addition, I didn't expect all these different footsteps in the sand as well. So, we made do with what he had available to us. In the end, the footsteps provided a great tool to have run through what would have been just another ordinary sunset.
