Anyone who has ever visited the Sedona Chapel, has driven right past this mansion. It sits right below the chapel. As I mentioned a few weeks ago, the view from up here is probably the best in Sedona. Whoever built this house, obviously knew this. I read online a few stories about who owns this house. One story mentioned Nicholas Cage as well as another for Johnny Depp. None of these stories seemed to pan out. It's all hearsay, but one person said they had heard that the builder of the house was a Romanian doctor who invented the laser for lasik eye surgery. Whether any of this is true, someone looked into the property with the Sedona records and found that this house was listed to sell for $29 million dollars back in 2003. With this kind of view and an 8,100 square foot home....I totally believe the price tag.
